Our working process in 3 steps

The Process of Design and Development of a Website involve 3 major steps. They range from planning & strategy and ends with testing and releasing the website, each of which is equally important to create a successful website.

Know more about our working process.

planning & strategy

planning & strategy

The planning stage is the most important, because what’s decided and mapped here sets the stage for the entire project. This also requires client interaction and the accompanying attention to detail.

design & develop

design & develop

Our Creative Team reviews and revises the design until it is spot on to accomplish your goals. After that the website is actually developed into a fully functional website by our experienced and dedicated developers.

test & deliver

test & deliver

The multi-phase testing contains the module tests, the system test and the effectiveness tests performed by the client. Once we are sure you´ll be happy with our work we deliver you the work.

Process Details

01

Analysis and Information Gathering

Once a customer is started discussing his requirements, the team gets into it, towards the preliminary requirement analysis. As the web site is going to be a part of a system, It needs a complete analysis as, how the web site or the web based application is going to help the present system and how the site is going to help the business. Moreover the analysis should cover all the aspects especially on how the web site is going to join the existing system. The first important thing is finding the targeted audience. Then, All the present hardware, software, people and data should be considered during the time of analysis.

The analysis should be done in the way, that it may not be too time consuming or with very less informative. The team should be able to come up with the complete cost- benefit analysis and as the plan for the project will be an output of analysis, it should be realistic. To achieve this the analyst should consult the designers, developers and testers to come up with a realistic plan.

02

Planning

The planning stage is arguably the most important, because what’s decided and mapped here sets the stage for the entire project. Here we develop a site map – a list of all main topic areas of the site, as well as sub-topics (if applicable). This gives us a guide as to what content will be on the site, and is essential to developing a consistent, easy to understand navigational system. This is also the point where we decide what technologies should be implemented – interactive forms, Ecommerce Applications such as Magento, Opencart, Virtumar, Ubercart etc. CMS (content management system) such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal etc.

03

Design

Now it's time to look at the look and feel of your website. Using your audience demographics you can start to think about colors and layout you may also suggest colors. There's nothing wrong with asking your web designer to make Layout PSD so you can see what you think. We also can give you a way to look at the designs through each step of the process so that you're always kept up-to-date on where your site's at and you can let us know if there are any problems or concerns.

In this phase, communication is crucial to ensure that the final web site will match your needs and taste. We work together in this way, exchanging ideas, until we arrive at the final design for the site. Then development can begin…

04

Development

With strong strategies in place, and an approved design, we're now ready to start the development phase. This is the point where you'll see your website start to take shape right before your eyes moving from a prototype to a functional site. Development involves the bulk of the programming work, as well as loading content. Keep code organized and commented, and refer constantly to the planning details as the full website takes shape. Take a strategic approach, and avoid future hassles by constantly testing as you go. All the required modules, plugins, components and API are integrated in this stage. Any custom plugins, module or component required for the site we develop in this stage.

05

Testing and Delivery

Your completed website is now ready for testing. Our technicians are looking for any potential problems which may keep your site from functioning to its maximum potential. We will test things such as the complete functionality of forms or other scripts, as well as testing for last minute compatibility issues (viewing differences between different web browsers), ensuring that your web site is optimised to be viewed properly in the most recent browser versions.

Once you give us your final approval, it is time to deliver the site. We’ll upload the website to your live web server and the project is complete.

06

Maintenance

Your website and the CMS that powers it are living, ever-evolving beings. Like any living thing they need to be taken care of. WordPress and Joomla developers are constantly working to maintain and improve the core of these open source Content Management Systems to keep them functioning well and secure against would be attackers and spammers. Therefore, system updates occur on a regular basis and should be implemented. Changes to the system can sometimes result incompatibilities with third party software installed on your site, such as plugins. For this reason we recommend that you do not run any automatic updates to your live site, but rather you have a WP or Joomla professional run the updates on your site at least every few months. We offer a range of continuing support options for on going maintenance.
